WALKING IN DIVINE WISDOM

 KEY VERSE

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” — James 1:5

INTRODUCTION

In a world filled with information, knowledge is common, but wisdom is rare. Many people make decisions based on emotions, pressure, or logic alone, yet divine wisdom goes beyond human reasoning. It is the ability to see situations from God’s perspective and respond according to His will.

As we walk through this year of signs and wonders, wisdom becomes essential. Power without wisdom can lead to destruction, but power guided by divine wisdom is what produces lasting impact and honor.

God does not withhold wisdom from His children. He delights in guiding those who humbly seek Him.

MESSAGE

Divine wisdom is not intellectual brilliance; it is spiritual insight. It is the ability to discern what to do, when to do it, and how to do it according to God’s mind.

The Bible says, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom” (Proverbs 9:10). This means that true wisdom begins with reverence for God and submission to His authority.

Solomon became the wisest man who ever lived not because he was naturally intelligent, but because he asked God for wisdom above everything else. His request pleased the Lord because wisdom aligns us with God’s purposes.

Walking in divine wisdom means:

  • Making decisions that honor God even when they are difficult.
  • Avoiding traps that look attractive but lead to destruction.
  • Speaking words that bring life, peace, and direction.
  • Knowing when to act and when to wait.

Wisdom guards your destiny. It saves you from costly mistakes and positions you for divine favor. When you walk in wisdom, your life becomes a testimony of God’s guidance.

CONCLUSION

God desires that you live wisely, not anxiously or impulsively. When you seek His wisdom, He promises to guide you with clarity and peace.

This season, make wisdom your pursuit. Ask for it daily, value it deeply, and apply it faithfully. As you do, your life will reflect the beauty and order of God’s divine design.
