MESSAGE
A sign is something that points beyond itself. A wonder is something that causes awe and amazement. When God works in signs and wonders, He reveals His power in ways that cannot be explained by human effort.
In Scripture, signs and wonders served three main purposes:
- To reveal God’s presence: letting people know that He is near.
- To confirm His Word: backing His promises with visible evidence.
- To draw people to Himself: turning hearts toward repentance and faith.
Jesus Himself declared that those who believe in Him would do the works He did, and even greater works (John 14:12). This means signs and wonders are not limited to Bible times. They are part of the believer’s inheritance today.
As children of God, we are not meant to live ordinary, powerless lives. God desires that our lives become living testimonies (evidence that He is real, active, and faithful). This is why this year is significant. God is positioning you to experience and express His power in tangible ways.
However, signs and wonders flow through yielded lives. They are released through faith, obedience, prayer, and alignment with God’s will. When we walk closely with Him, our lives naturally become channels through which His glory is revealed.
CONCLUSION
This year is not meant to be ordinary. It is a year where heaven wants to make itself visible through your life. God desires to demonstrate His power through you, whether at home, at work, in ministry, and everywhere you go.
As you walk in obedience and faith, expect divine interventions, supernatural breakthroughs, and unmistakable testimonies. You are not just entering a new year, you are stepping into a season marked by God’s mighty acts.
